Yes! You can update your project description, add new images and videos, post updates to backers, and create additional reward tiers at any time. The only thing you cannot change is your funding goal once the campaign is live.

We support all creative projects including Arts, Film & Video, Music, Technology, Games, Food & Beverages, Fashion, Publishing, Community Projects, and more. If your project offers rewards (not equity), it likely fits our platform.

Yes, the minimum funding goal is $1,000. This ensures projects are viable and covers the minimum payment processing requirements. There is no maximum limit - we have successfully funded campaigns raising over $500,000.

Our platform includes built-in reward management tools. After your campaign ends, you will receive a detailed backer report with names, addresses, and reward selections. You can track fulfillment status and communicate directly with backers through the dashboard.

We currently support creators in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and European Union countries. We are actively expanding to more regions - sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch in new territories.

Yes! You can create unlimited projects on FreakyFund. However, we recommend focusing on one campaign at a time to give it your full attention. Many successful creators return to launch follow-up projects after completing their first.

Payment disputes are handled through Stripe resolution process, which protects both creators and backers. For voluntary refunds, you can process them directly through your dashboard. We recommend having a clear refund policy in your campaign description.

FreakyFund charges a 5% platform fee on successfully funded campaigns. Additionally, Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for payment processing. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges.

Stripe Connect enables secure, direct payments from backers to your account. It handles all payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance requirements. We never hold your funds - they go directly to your Stripe balance.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification protects the entire FreakyFund community. It builds backer confidence, ensures legal compliance, prevents fraud, and enables us to process payouts. The verification process takes about 5 minutes to complete.

Campaigns can run from 1 to 60 days. We recommend 30 days for most projects - long enough to build momentum but short enough to maintain urgency. Shorter campaigns (14-21 days) often have higher success rates.
