Primus Cloud Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates FreakyFund ("Platform"), a reward-based crowdfunding platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Platform.

By using FreakyFund, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Creators are required to complete identity verification through our third-party provider, Stripe Identity. During this process, the following data is collected and processed by Stripe:

• —Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID)
• —Selfie photograph for biometric comparison
• —Full legal name, date of birth, and address

FreakyFund does not directly store your identity documents or biometric data. This data is collected, processed, and stored by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive only the verification result (verified, pending, or failed) and a verification session ID.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you make a contribution or connect a bank account for payouts:

• —Backers: Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. FreakyFund does not store, see, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or expiration date.
• —Creators: Bank account and payout details are collected by Stripe Connect. FreakyFund stores only your Stripe account ID to associate your account with payouts.

The following information is visible to all Platform users:

• —Creator display names and profile information
• —Campaign content (descriptions, images, rewards, funding progress)
• —Backer counts and contribution totals (individual amounts are not publicly displayed unless opted in)

We share information with the following third-party services that help us operate the Platform:

• —Stripe (payments, identity verification, Connect payouts) — processes payment and identity data under their own privacy policy.
• —Hosting and infrastructure providers — store and serve Platform data with appropriate security measures.
• —Email service providers — send transactional emails on our behalf.
• —Analytics providers — help us understand Platform usage in aggregate.

We require all third-party providers to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and to use it only for the purposes we specify.

We may disclose your information if required to:

• —Comply with a legal obligation, court order, or governmental request
• —Enforce our Terms of Service
• —Protect the rights, property, or safety of FreakyFund, our users, or the public
• —Detect and prevent fraud or other illegal activity

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:

• —Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Campaign data associated with funded projects may be retained for legal and record-keeping purposes.

FreakyFund uses cookies and similar technologies as follows:
